I am so glad to have you join our team. You will be covering such an important region of the world, which will truly be one of the great economic powers in the years to come.

I had the chance to spend several weeks in Bangladesh a few years ago and fell in love with the country and the people. I am on the board of Unitus, a non-profit dedicated to poverty alleviation through the deployment of microfinance. We spent our time there in Dhaka and in the countryside learning from Muhammad Yunus of Grameen.

I look forward to learning more about this exciting region of the world and the great people that will power this growth.
