However, it may have just started to change and most probably, in the coming days you will see more news items on the real estate sector of India. MoneyWise Property Consultants, a leading UK based company on financial planning, mortgage broking and investment property sourcing, has announced that it is taking the Indian market seriously and in the next one year it is going to spend £100,000 to set up offices in India. I am sure other international companies in real estate field will soon enter in the Indian market.
The continuous economic growth and increasing number of successful Indians in the Middle East, USA and Europe mean that many Indians want and can afford modern apartments and shopping malls. On the other hand, the economic growth needs more infrastructures in terms of quantity and quality. So, good time is coming for real estate companies and perhaps many people will get interested to buy shares of real state companies.
