Now Indian companies are outsourcing their works!
It has become like a cliché to say that India is the most lucrative destination for outsourcing and Indian companies are leading the world. Indian companies with their cheap but skilled workers have been continuously wrecking the nerves of western workers about their job security. So, it is really very interesting to find that Indian companies have now started to outsource their works to a cheaper destination. Well, it is even more interesting and perhaps to some extent shocking to find that Indian companies are now outsourcing their works to Pakistani companies. When I read this report in Silicon India with the title, 'Now India outsources to Pakistan' I just felt that globalization has really started to influence South Asian countries and companies. I am quoting from that report:

With about 3-4 Indian companies outsourcing work to Pakistan, Ara said that the Indian and Pakistan governments should try to work together to benefit from the partnership as well as improve genial relations between the estranged countries."

So, what next? Suffering from job security for the Indian workers? May be it is too early for that but it will surely come sooner or later as Indian companies will go for cheaper destinations. Nepal is already taking this idea very seriously and if Nepalese IT companies can improve themselves then getting projects from Indian companies will become even easier than Pakistani companies as Nepal has very good relationship with India.
