In Asia, both India and China are important countries in terms of population, landmass, military and economic power. Both countries are now trying hard to develop their economic conditions. India has already made its mark in service oriented industry with its cheap and well educated manpower. On the other, China has become a major manufacturing hub. More and more foreign companies are opening their facilities in China. These two countries have their own strength and weakness.
However, relation between China and India has not remained very peaceful. Both the countries have a history of cultural exchange since the first century A.D. Several times the soldiers of both countries fought over border issues. China and India watch each other carefully. Still, there are chances for development. As both the countries are highly resourceful they can help each other. Nepal will also be benefited from a successful trade relationship between China and India. Its products will also have a chance to enter into two of the most promising markets of Asia.
