Spring is the season of new life. People in Bangladesh celebrated the arrival of Spring yesterday. Spring festival in Institute of Fine Arts of Dhaka University caught the attention of many city dwellers. Several TV channels broadcast the festival live and this way the viewers could enjoy the cultural programs.
