
Zimbabwe Cricket team for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2007 has been announced recently. There were not too many changes in the squad except the surprise inclusion of batsman come wicketkeeper Friday Kasteni, who has just played one ODI match in his career. This 18 year old Zimbabwean is an excellent batsman come wicket keeper. Zimbabwean Cricket is now going through a tough period as some of their front line players are now out of the team due to their collision with the board officials. That is why; they are not currently playing test matches. In the past, the Zimbabwean team with Andy Flower, Heath Streak, Stuart Carlisle etc. was regarded as the dark horse in the Cricket world but now they are struggling in the field.
