Zimbabwe Cricket team for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2007 has been announced recently. There were not too many changes in the squad except the surprise inclusion of batsman come wicketkeeper Friday Kasteni, who has just played one ODI match in his career. This 18 year old Zimbabwean is an excellent batsman come wicket keeper. Though there is no surprise inclusion in the team, there is a major exclusion easily seen in the team- Hamilton Masakadza who is an experienced player for this Zimbabwean cricket team. Zimbabwean Cricket is now going through a tough period as some of their front line players are now out of the team due to their collision with the board officials.
