I do not know where Michael Holding is now. He said a lot of things against the inclusion of minnows in World Cup Cricket. He even said that including smaller countries was decreasing the glory of Cricket World Cup. However, yesterday, it was the day of two minnows. Both Bangladesh and Ireland played their best and defeated might India and Pakistan respectively. Pakistan is already out of World Cup Cricket and things do not look very promising for Team India either.
I was happy to see one thing- both Bangladesh and Ireland won the matches convincingly. I must say that both Ireland and Bangladesh look promising. I would love to see them rise and become international cricket powers. Cricket is the most popular game in Bangladesh and this win against India will help to generate more enthusiasm in Bangladesh about cricket.

On the other hand, cricket is not a popular game in Ireland. I wish that the superb performance in World Cup Cricket will make many Irish people crazy about cricket. ICC should encourage Ireland in this regard. ICC is now very rich and can easily spend some extra cash for promoting cricket in Ireland.
Poor Michael Holding. Such an opinion can not be expected from a person like Michael Holding.
One should have some knowledge regarding cricket before making any such comment.
