The kissing of Aishwarya Rai and Hrithik Roshan in Dhoom2, the block buster of 2006, has already created major splash in the media. The future Bachchan Bahu’s bold on screen kiss upset the Bachchans and they used their connections to chop off the scene from the movie.

To add a little more spice with the news, Hrithik Roshan, Aishwarya’s co-kisser held a long discussion with his wife, Suzanne Khan before doing the scene. I am quoting from the report published in Apun Ka Choice:

Yes, reports are that Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan sought permission of his wife Suzanne before kissing the gorgeous Aishwarya Rai in Dhoom 2.

Hrithik apparently had a full-fledged discussion on it with Suzanne and only after she approved of it and ‘encouraged’ him, did he go ahead with the scene.

Seems like it has a lot to do with the fact that Hrithik is a very family-oriented person and his wife’s approval means the world to him.

And regarding the liplock, a few months ago reports had said that the Bachchans asked Yashraj Films to axe the scene that shows their to-be daughter-in-law (Ash) doing a ‘bold smooch’.

However, ‘Dhoom 2’ director Sanjay Gadhvi refused to comment on the issue and maintained that his relations with Yashraj Films haven’t been effected due to the controversy.

The interesting this Hrithik has discussed with Suzanne about kissing Aishwarya Rai but Abhishek Bachchan was not informed about the kissing scene which made him very upset and he even stopped talking with Hrithik.

Now my questions are: Why Abhishek Bachchan was not informed? What the Bachchans have really gained by chopping off the kissing scene? After news of the scene being chopped off from the movie, people became more curious to see it and video clip of the scene is now all over the internet.

Secondly, Abhishek Bachchan kissed Rani Mukherjee in Yuva and appeared in bed scene with her. Did he take anybody’s approval for doing that? Then why they are so much bothered about this one?

Thirdly, I have heard this many times. Before doing any kissing scene, the actors talk with their wives and actresses with their guardians? What is the problem? If they are so much tensed about kissing some one then what about hugging and cuddling and getting drenched in rain water and body parts become visible? Are those things acceptable? 

Like you guys out there I really do not know.
