Great Indian batsman and former captain Sourav Ganguly has said that he does not want to retain the captaincy of Indian cricket team. He is happy for being in the team and has no intention to take the charge of the team for the second time. Ganguly also stated that media is writing what is happening in reality and rejected that media does not create anything by its own.
NDTV reported:
Speaking to Dr Prannoy Roy on
India questions, the former India skipper said, "I am happy being a player. I am freer mentally. I am fresher on the cricket ground."
Asked about the pressures of an average cricketer, Ganguly said, "When you get out on zero you see what's the quickest way to the pavilion and when you drop a catch you don't look at the crowd till another one comes and you hold on to it."
He added that a cricketer could in no way get away from the scrutiny of the people and the pressures and the way in which it is handled is "what separates a successful one from another".

I am shocked at this decision of Sourav Ganguly. He is undoubtedly the greatest Indian captain of all time. No one could do better as a captain for
Anyway, I completely disagree with Ganguly in this regard. He should be reinstated as the captain of Indian team. He was the victim of dirty politics in the first place. He came back into the team not with any political lobbying but with sheer performance. He deserves captaincy simply because of excellent record as a captain.
Am I wrong?

As he is one of the greatest cricketer of the Indian team. After his returning all of Indian supporter are characteristic more to him.
