Greg Chappell, the coach of the Indian cricket team, is optimistic about winning the World Cup at the Caribbean. His contact with BCCI will end after the end of World Cup Cricket 2007. And while speculation about his future will probably carry on for the next two months, the Australian legend is not going to let that small matter come in the way of his plans for Team India.
"Its a good side, its a blend of experience and youth. We have got some exciting young cricketers in the squad. We have 1900 games and 1000 wins in one-day internationals in this squad, so they know what to do to win games and that is what they will have to do to win this tournament," said Greg Chappell, coach, Indian Cricket Team.
