You can make India win the cup, even before the World Cup Cricket 2007 starts. How? Well, it is not possible in real life but you can make it possible through a computer game. Microsoft has launched a computer game named 'Yuvraj Singh International Cricket 2007 (YSIC), in order to make some quick cash in India using the current cricket craze in India ahead of the World Cup Cricket 2007. The game has been made based on the coming world cup tournament. Fans will get the excitement of a playing a real match as the game includes 16 teams, 256 players with their names, 8 world cup stadiums.

The game is a desi version of 'Brian Lara International Cricket 2007' and cashes in on Yuvi's popularity. It's recognized by the ICC and even has a feature, where the one can be a coach and give tips to the team! YSIC 2007 captures the spectacle's magic i.e. right from the warm-up matches to group games to super 8s to semi finals and finals.
Explaining the features of the YSIC 2007, Country Manager, Entertainment and Devices Division, Microsoft India, Mohit Anand, said:" It is a beautiful game, which encompasses each and every player that is playing in the World Cup. In addition, the game also includes all the players from 16 participating countries in the World Cup, each and every player with their exact profile, career profile, the entire career statistics, different field combinations, different weather combinations, commentary by David Gar online during the game, among others. Interestingly, the game also allows a user to play a game online against each other and play two people against each other."

The price of the game is Rs 1700 and it will be available in India on March 27, 2007. I am sure that Bill Gates hardly knows anything about the game of Cricket. However, Microsoft is good at making money and cricket is where the money is in India.
