It is a sad news for millions of Sanjaya Malakar fans around the world. Sanjaya Malakar’s dream run in the American Idol came to an end last night and it was tragic for many people like me who wanted Sanjaya Malakar to go all the way and win the American Idol. It is the fans who decide and it is a democratic process.

Sanjaya Malakar has already said that even if he fails to win American Idol he would still pursue a career in music. He is just 17 and I am sure that he would do well in the coming days in music.

Sanjaya Malakar’s dream run has given all of us something to ponder about. Sanjaya Malakar is a very ordinary person and no one thought that he would come so far in American Idol. The judges were against him and attacked him week after week. He kept his head high against all the odds.
