I have bought a Mobile phone last May 21, 2007 at 4.26 Pm from Grameen phone center nokia 5200 model. I didn't check mobile phone when I have bought as I have full confidence of grameen phone center. After coming from grameen phone center I made decision for charging mobile before using. when I switched on Mobile at morning May 22, 2007 at 8.00 am then I found display problem. I didn't waste time and I went again grameen phone center for replacement as I didn't use purchased mobile yet. but they have taken one week to solve the problem. Now I am very much confused but I hope grameen phone center will take early steps to replace the set as soon as possible. If i don't get replacement my as a member of grameen phone subscriber I will loose my confidence on grameen phone center fully.
