I don’t know what happened to some of the Indian lawyers. They are against anyone kissing in public or in movies. In the last 2 days, I have covered extensive the controversy surrounding Richard Gere kissing Shilpa. Now, a court in Muzaffarpur has summoned Aishwarya Rai and Hrithik Roshan for their deep kissing scene in Dhoom 2.

IBN Live reported:
District Judge H K Shrivastava ordered issuing of summons to them after taking cognizance of a complaint petition filed by an advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha.
In his petition, Ojha alleged Aishwarya, Hrithik, producer of the film Aditya Chopra and director Sanjay Gardi had hurt the sensibilities of the audiences by the ‘obscene’ kissing scene.
The court also ordered issuing of notices to
Bihar government and proprietor and manager of a local theatre for allowing screening of the film despite ‘obscene’ content.
The funny thing is that Hrithik took Suzanne's (his wife) permission before doing the kissing scene in Dhoom 2. So, I guess that Hrithik Roshan should have consulted any lawyer before doing the kissing scene. Anyway, it would only create some publicity for advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha and it would make more people interested now to again watch the movie Dhoom 2.
