Finally, the much expected wedding of Indian Brangelina is going to take place on 20th April. The wedding will take place at Pratiksha, Amitabh Bachchan's bunglow. Around four hundred guests will be invited to the wedding. According to the size of the house the number of guests has been determined. Tents with air conditioning system have been put up in front of the house. They are also made sound proof so that neighbors do not feel disturbed. Times of India reports:
All the invitees are keeping a low profile to avoid divulging details about the wedding. But some of the atrocious claims cooked up by entertainment channels have the Bachchans hugely amused.
According to media reports, neighbours have been asked to keep their gates shut to media personnel and the aviation ministry requested to bar planes over their residence during the wedding.
Amitabh has told a friend, "My son's wedding is a very private, solemn and precious moment for me and my family. Surely, we're entitled to our privacy if and when we need it."
SFGATE reports that the invitation card of the Abhishek and Aishwarya contained a poem of Harivansh Rai Bachchan. A box of chocolate has also been sent with the card.
Shweta Bachchan and her in laws, Anil Ambani and Tina Ambani, Goldie Behl, Sikandar Kher, Rohan Sippy, Amitabh Bachchan’s brother Ajitabh Bachchan and family are some of the sure shot invitees.
