These last two villains belong to two major successful Hollywood movie series. One belongs to a futuristic world and other can be referred as the 21st century version of Dr.Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

Darth Vader:

He is the villain of George Lucas’ Star Wars. Dirth Vader, a former jedi knight Annakin Skywalker was found by Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn. While returning from Naboo with Queen Amidala, their royal ship landed on planet Tatooine. There Qui saw Anakin. After finding out Anakin's unusual abilities, Qui decides to make Anakin his apprentice. He takes Anakin with him but for his untimely death, Qui’s apprentice, Obi-Wan Kenobi took Anakin as his padawan learner. As Anakin grew up, he came close to his dark side and it was senator Palpatine, the Sith Lord, who trained him in dark forces and turned him into Darth Vader.

Green Goblin:

He is another major antagonist of Marvel Universe. Green Goblin is the other face of Norman Osborn. His son Harry Osborn is a friend of Peter Parker a.k.a Spider-Man. In the comic series, Norman was described as an industrialist but in Spider-Man (2002) movie, Norman Osborn was portrayed as a famous scientist of nanotechnology and a businessman. While experimenting with a human capability enhancing serum, Norman loses his sanity and becomes the Green Goblin. Green Goblin as the name suggests wears a green suit with a green mask. Willem Dafoe played the character of Green Goblin in the movie.
