Myself Sudipta Bhattacharjee from Manipur (Imphal),I m very much interested in music N i also passed the VISHARAD exam in classical music,so i want to participate in this great contest of music....nw i have been watching Indian Idol since last 2 years,n if i get the chance to express my songs in front of those three great judges i,e.Udit Narayan Ji,Alisha Ji N Anu Ji then this will be the most pleasurable chance for me and so i like to know about the auditions.

Yesetrday's episode showed many comic characters of which one running away with an yellow card appared to be ultimate. If it is seen as sample of our population I wonder what can sheer desperation can bring in!
Real salam to judges who are trying to search for pearl with such degree of optimism!

Prashant Tamang gave a rocking performance so did the Chinese dude, Chang in the seond piano round. Its amazing how they could cope up with the dialect. Its worth appreciating.

Prashant is the best, Emon is good but I find his originality is more inclined towards Sonu Nigam and therefore lacks originality. Prashant has a style of his own and a mature and quality voice. Prashant should be the one and as said above, he is an Indian too. When Sonia Gandhi can opt to become the Prime Minister, Prashant is not foreign born but a true Indian. And the top is that he is a police sepoy! What more Indian can he be. Prashant rocks, I am voting for him. Girls are good but not as good as the guys.

Prashant u r the gem of all. U have a different style of singing from the rest of the participants. U r the best and u have to stand the best of all. Though I am not in India (Darjeeling) right now and cannot vote, but my best wishes are always with u. U r the "Pahar ko Chora" and U have to keep the name of our lovely pahar "Darjeeling".

I'm Kinza also known as Zahida I'm turning eleven on July 1, 2007. I was saying that Suhit rocks! He is a rocker!! He represents all the rockers in the world. If you close your eyes, you will hear a true singer's voice. The other person's voice I like is Emon. He has everything to be idol. I like Prashant, but if you look the other way, he' tooooooooo thin. anyway, parleen's fine. Padmanav is really serious about this. Amit has a fine voice. Man, I don't believe aisha is not in this. as you can see I'm a muslim like her. That's totally impossible. I Hate Bhavin. He is already a singer. Why come to idol? abhishek is mean!!! When abhishek and suhit were out there, and he found out he was safe. he totally ignored him. Though he is a good singer. Rehan was good if only he sang a mukesh song. He would make a party. I like ankita sometimes!!! sometimes!!! Hope you heard that. I'm not glad Jolly das back. Not at all!!! Charu will be in top five but i'm not sure about her. Deepali rocks!!! Puja, I don't know why everyone's crazy about her but i don't like her. NNot at all. Anyway, a singer should be an all-rounder.
There are lot of good contestants who are not an all rounder.

Richa should be kicked out!! I don't know why everyone is crazy about her. won't it look weird if you are watching a song of Amrita Rao and Shahid Kapoor and you hear a girl's voice instead of a women's. She has never been in bottom four. That's impossible. Smitha's ugly, but i knew she could make top ten
