Riyo Mori is Miss Universe 2007 becoming the second ever girl from Japan to win the competition. Along with Japanese people Asian people also feel proud of her stunning victory in the Miss Universe 2007 competition. However, it seems that Canadian people are also happy with her winning the title.

Miss Universe Riyo Mori attended a Canadian school named Centennial High School in Belleville. She took her school education and learnt dancing there. It is said that she was hard working from school life.

The Globe and Mail reported:

"Riyo was an extremely diligent student who worked extremely hard both at her dance and her academic studies," said Mandy Savery-Whiteway, principal of Centennial High School in Belleville, Ont.

Mori attended Centennial for her last two years of high school, graduating in 2006. She went there because of its connection to the Quinte Ballet School, Savery-Whiteway said.

Lise Lindenberg, the high school's English-as-a-second-language teacher, said Mori picked up English idiom quickly and would always help other students.

Miss Mori was brought up in Japan and she went to Canada with her desire to become a classical dancer.  I still don’t know if Riyo Mori will become a very famous dancer in future or not but I know that she has earned enough fame for one human life.
