T-Series has launched the music of the upcoming film 'Raqueeb-rivals in love' on 25th April '07 at Mumbai's multiplex Cinemax.
The chief guest for the evening, Producer -Director Suneel Darshan unveiled the album along with the cast of the film which included Rahul Khanna, Tanushree Dutta and Jimmy Shergill.
Music for the movie has been composed by Pritam Chakraborty with lyrics penned by Sameer. A combined presentation of Raj Kanwar and Inderjeet, Raqueeb-rivals in love' has been directed by Anurag Singh.
Today, it has become a trend in Bollywood that the first promo of a film starts with showcasing the music. The music of any movie plays a big part. A movie may be flop but its music can bring in the necessary revenue. Pritam who has been around Bollywood for sometime has composed songs for Chocolate, Dhoom, Garam Masala, Gangster, Woh Lamhe. The song “Jaane Kaise” of Raqeeb has been well received by the music lovers.
