
The music of Raqeeb has been composed by Pritam Chakraborty, one of the top musicians of Bollywood. Bhagam Bhag, Dhoom 2, Woh Lamhe, Pyaar Ke Side Effects, Naksha, Bas Ek Pal, Ankahee, Gangster, Fight Club: Members Only, Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena, Garam Masala, Chocolate, Dhoom are some of his major successes. In Raqeeb there are eight songs. The lyrics has been written by Sameer.
Jaane Kaise
This song has been sung by KK. KK does not sing too many songs but whatever he sings enchant the listeners. Pritam and KK have given many chartbusters earlier. Jaane Kaise has a beautiful slow melody opening with guitar play but the song does not have the lasting effect. By now you all have heard this song in the movie promo.
Jaane Kaise (Remix)
The remix version is fast paced with lots of techno bits. It does not have the romantic charm of the original track.
Dushmana- Male
This song is sung by Kunal Ganjawala. It is a fast track. The song relates to the theme of the film. Dushmana can be dubbed as the title song for it includes a line “'Hai Raqeeb Tu Mera.”
Dushmana- Female
When it comes to item song, disco or any other fast track song, Sunidhi Chowhan’s voice makes it extra special. The female version of Dushmana is sung by Sunidhi.
