At the beginning of the film’s shooting, Kanwar had reportedly told Tanushree that she would have to shoot two lovemaking scenes in the film – one with each actor.
While Tanu shot the scene with Rahul Khanna without any hiccups, she developed cold feet while shooting the lovemaking scene with Jimmy Shergill.
Not that Tanu has any dislike for Jimmy. It was just that she thought that two lovemaking scenes in a movie would further dent the onscreen image she has been trying to reform.
The irony is that when Tanushree did not want to do the love scene with Jimmy, producer Raj Kanwar had to force her. Raj Kanwar was very happy the way the scene was shot.
It is a good thing that Tanushree Dutta is now thinking seriously about her career. To survive and stay at the top in film industry it is necessary to keep a fine balance between showing one’s body and acting skills. There are hundreds of actresses in Bollywood but only few can become successful like Madhuri Dixit, Kajol, Juhi Chawla. Tanushree Dutta is a new comer and she has a long way to go. Only showing off her physical assets on the screen would not help her to stay in the industry for a long time. Now, the million dollar question is “Will Tanushree Dutta be able to refrain herself from doing on screen kissing and love making? Unless the directors and producers do not offer roles that require acting skills what she could do?
