Manoj Tiwari is the one of the talented rising stars in Indian cricket. This right handed batsman suffered a shoulder injury just before the ODI series against Bangladesh. Manoj has been one of the most consistent performers in domestic cricket for the last few seasons. After completing a shoulder operation in London under surgeon Dr Andrew Wallace, Manoj Tiwari has come back in his home at Howrah in Kolkata.

In domestic cricket, Manoj Tiwari plays for Bengal and his continuous batting performance helped Bengal to show some better performance in the domestic cricket. Manoj Tiwari was called to the national side for the first time for the ODI series against Bangladesh, but unfortunately, he fell in injury during a practice session. 

The Hindu reported:

Manoj was operated by noted surgeon Dr Andrew Wallace in London on May 23.

On return, the Bengal cricketer said he would rest for two weeks and after that he would start light practice. Tiwary said he was hoping to regain full fitness in two months.

He also thanked Sachin Tendulkar who had advised him to go to Dr wallace.

Manoj Tiwari is an excellent cricketer and has a great talent in him. BCCI should take care of his potential so that he can serve Indian cricket team for a long time. Who knows, may be Manoj Tiwari would become the next star of Indian cricket.
