Asian Cup 2007 is going to start from July 7, 2007. I know that Asian football does not have any domination in the world football compared to Latin or European countries. However, the most interesting point is that football is the only sport in Asia that has a huge popularity in every country. Even football does not have such universal popularity in Europe.

Asian Cup 2007 will be telecast world wide but I could find only two South Asian countries so far who will telecast the Asian Cup. The official website of Asian Cup 2007 shows that only Maldives and Sri Lanka from South Asia will telecast Asian Cup 2007. Both the countries have an insignificant population. However, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh have a huge population and but yet I am not sure if Asian Cup will be telecast in any of these 3 countries. Today I searched in the net but I could not find any information regarding this. So, if you know anything about telecast of this tournament in South Asia then write about it in the comment section.
