UAE is not a hot favorite team in Asian Cup 2007. They will have to face Japan, Qatar and Vietnam in group B. So, you can not be sure that UAE will progress to the next round. It is true that they have some good young players in the team and coach Bruno Metsu is well known for his good coaching capability and tactics. Moreover, in the preliminary Asian Cup squad, Bruno Metsu has given much focus on young players thinking that they will serve UAE for a long time.
