Before the start of Twenty20 World Championship 2007, four countries are playing a warm-up tournament. The four countries are: Bangladesh, Kenya, Pakistan and Uganda. The tournament will start tomorrow in Nairobi, Kenya. Tomorrow (1 September 2007), Bangladesh will play against Kenya. Then on 2 September, Bangladesh will play against Pakistan. It will be the main attraction of the tournament and this match can bring some spectators to the field.

The tournament begins with Kenya taking on Bangladesh and Pakistan playing Uganda. The most anticipated match, between Bangladesh and Pakistan, is on September 2.

Geoff Lawson, the former Australian fast bowler and current coach of Pakistan, sees the tournament as an opportunity to practice. "We can prepare strategies, try and find the right balances, work out plans and play any number of practice games but that can only take you so far," Lawson said. "Until the first match happens, we won't really know what to expect."

This is a good practice for both Bangladesh and Pakistan. The environment of Kenya is similar to that of neighboring South Africa. Of course, Kenyan players are looking to cause some upsets too in this tournament.
