Nepal has become the best travel destination for Indian people. Many Indian tourists are now rushing to Nepal for spending their vacation. Nepal is one of the popular tourist destinations in the world because of its natural beauty and inexpensive travel packages and the beauty of Himalayan Mountain. Ahead of the two day government holidays in India, almost all of the packages of Nepal have been booked.

Hindustan Times reported:

"All flights to Kathmandu on Friday are already full," a Cox & Kings official told HT on Wednesday. Even Indian Airlines flights are choc-a-bloc between Friday and Tuesday; Wednesday too is tight. It’s not just Delhiites. A spokesman for Consolidated Holiday India, which connects travel agents in small cities to tour operators in metros, said, “There’s been a crazy demand for packages to Kathmandu from smaller towns. In Ludhiana alone, 28 families separately made bookings for this weekend."

Nepal is a neighboring country of India. So, the travel expense is affordable for many Indians. The ever increasing popularity of Nepal as a tourist destination is good for its economy. So, Nepal government should focus on the tourism sector more.
