you are right that both team has a strong batting and spin bowling line up. but indian batting can punish spin ball very well.
Both the teams have some similarities. They are from South Asia. Their main strength is batting and spin bowling. Of course, there is one basic difference too. Sri Lankan fielding is much better than Indian fielding.

In terms of strength, I think, both India and Sri Lanka are more or less similar. However, Sri Lanka has better consistency than India.
