India’s star off-spinner, Harbhajan Singh has recently said that Pakistan will miss their former captain Inzamam-ul Haq in the upcoming India vs Pakistan series. Inzamam-ul Haq has recently declared his retirement from international cricket. Harbhajan Singh thinks that his retirement will be an advantage for India in the forthcoming series against their arch rivals. The off spinner also thinks that India’s win over Pakistan in Twenty20 world cup final will give India a psychological edge in the upcoming series.

AFP reported:

"Inzamam is the Sachin Tendulkar of Pakistan and his decision to retire from international cricket recently will definitely be an advantage for India," Harbhajan told the Hindustan Times.

"We beat Pakistan in the T20 final and we will definitely have an edge over them," the 27-year-old said.

 
Inzamam-ul Haq is the highest run scorer for Pakistan in ODI cricket with his 11,739 runs. Pakistan’s former captain has 8,830 Test runs which is second highest among the Pakistani batsmen after Javed Miandad.

Harbhajan Singh faced Inzamam several times in the past. Naturally, he knows it very well that Inzamam is strong in dealing with spin bowling. Indian wickets typically favor the spinners.
