If you are a fan of Cricket then you already know that Pakistan’s Tour to India 2007 will start soon. India vs Pakistan cricket match always has a special attraction to the cricket loving fans around the world. The two arch rivals will face each other in the first of five ODI matches on 5 November in Guwahati, Assam. Ahead of the first ODI, Assam Cricket Association (ACA) has already started selling tickets among the cricket fans. Naturally, fans are struggling to manage a ticket due a heavy rush over the ticket counters.

The ticket price is also very high compared to the previous instances. The price of the ticket ranges from Rs 500 to Rs 4,500. However, students will be given a chance to enter into the stadium for Rs 150. About 21,000 fans are expected to be present in the stadium to enjoy the match.

New Kerala reported:

Tickets of Rs 500 were sold for up to Rs 1500 as cricket fans lapped up the opportunity to catch live their heroes after a long gap.
Cricket fans at the site said they were ready to spend the money to cheer India, especially when the opposition team is Pakistan. ''It's once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and I am not going to miss it for a couple of hundred rupees,'' a fan said.

Despite the high price of tickets, fans are excited and trying hard to manage a ticket of the first ODI match. It is known to all that cricket is like a religion in India. Now, let us see if India and Pakistan can present the fans an intense and classic match in the first ODI of the series.
