Cyclone Sidr is gone but its devastating effect is still there in many parts of Bangladesh. Today, electricity has become some normal in the capital Dhaka and in different TV channels we can see the devastations caused by Cyclone Sidr on Thursday night. In fact, it will take another 2-3 days to get a clear picture of the devastations of the cyclone.

I feel sad for the people who died. I feel even sadder for the farmers. Just 3 months ago, Bangladesh suffered from devastating flood. Now, this cyclone caused a lot of damage for the farmers too. Hopefully, they can survive against all the odds.
