Nepal is a poor country and many people are unemployed in this country. So, thousands of Nepalese workers are in the Middle Eastern countries and in Malaysia and they are working there and sending money to their families in Nepal. However, Nepal mainly exports unskilled workers in these countries. Now, Nepalese government is thinking of exploring new markets for its manpower.
Nepalese officials are keen to export skilled or semi-skilled workers in developed countries so that these workers can send a lot of money to Nepal. Australia and New Zealand are now top priority for Nepalese government. There is a lot of demand of skilled farmers in these two countries and Nepalese workers can earn a huge amount of money.
Nepalese government is also exploring EU countries. I would recommend them to explore the markets of Russia, South Korea and Japan as all of these 3 countries are not experiencing any population growth.
