Recently, many passengers of Air India suffered a lot because of problem with the airlines company. Some of the headlines in the media:

So, you can easily understand that things are not going well with Air India and this problem has angered many passengers. Until now, the passengers could do nothing to express their unhappiness with Air India. Now, there is a blog for this matter only.

In the wake of frequent delays of Air India flights, a London-based NRI has launched a blog asking the airliner's harried passengers to share their woes with public.

"The blog is inviting passengers to record their experiences of traveling with Air India. The NRIfm.com is also conducting a web-poll about the attitude of Air India staff, asking questions such as -- Is the Air India staff efficient, polite and courteous?" Vijay Rana, founder Editor of the website said in a statement.

I visited the blog and found that there was just one entry there. Well, I am happy that this blog came into existence. However, I am disappointed a bit in the sense that there is hardly any content in the blog. I just found one entry with the title: Tell us your Air India story. So far, I found 47 comments. Many of them shared their bad experience with Air India.

Air India officials have not responded to this blog until now. I guess that they will not do so unless the condition becomes too bad. Anyway, the reality is that we not live in a modern age where things are changing very fast. Rules of business are changing very rapidly too. If Air India officials ignore this reality then they will do it at their own peril.
