With the on going political crisis in Pakistan, the condition of Pakistani economy is perhaps in the mind of very few people. Anyway, Expo Pakistan 2008 is going to take place in March 13- 16, 2008 at Karachi Expo Center. This is a huge event for the business sector of the country as many foreign buyers come in the Expo.

Earlier this year Expo Paksitan 2007 took place and the highlights of the show were:

Inaugurated by Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Shaukat Aziz.

450 stalls spread across 6 halls.

Exhibit area spread over 15,000 sqm.

Participation of 800 foreign buyers from 77 countries.

10,000 visitors were present to witness the event.

Several MOUs were signed between counterpart associations and chambers.
