Micro Cars Ltd is a Sri Lankan car company and the company is doing well thee days. Sri Lankan government is encouraging the use of locally manufactured cars. So, the company is getting the encouragement fro the government. Now, Micro Cars Ltd is eyeing the Indian market. You know that India has one of the fastest growing auto markets in the world now.

India Times wrote:

The company has already sent test vehicles to India and received "very good" response, he said, adding Micro Cars would export its locally assembled Kyron SUVs to India from next year.

The company is manufacturing two SUV type vehicles with the price staring from 7.5 million Sri lankan Rupees (around 68,000 dollars).

He said the company had invested Rs 300 million in the last six months for expanding its plant in Polgahawela, 60 kms north-east from Colombo.

Micro Cars Ltd should explore more and look into the markets of other South Asian countries too. I think that Micro Cars Ltd should explore the Bangladeshi market as Bangladeshi car market is also growing fast these days.
