The Ministry for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation of Nepal Government will make this cultural policy. Nepalese government might also increase the budget of this ministry too. I am happy that Nepalese government is giving importance to cultural matters. I wish that the governments of other South Asian countries can learn a thing or two from
