No one likes inflation but it is a part of life almost in any country. The rate of inflation in India is not alarming but it is making life of ordinary people very difficult. Most people in India are poor. Millions of people live below the poverty line. The only thing they care is the price of food items. They don’t care for any luxury item. They just care for 3 decent meals a day.

BBC has a report about the rising inflation and food price in India. According to the report, the inflation has not touched yet 5% but it may touch 5% soon. 5% inflation may not be a big deal for the rich people but for people living in the street or in slums- this is indeed a matter of life and death.
