The second test of India vs South Africa test series is going to start from 3 April 2008. The match will take place at the Sardar Patel Stadium, Ahmedabad. Ahead of the second test Indian team is now facing a number of injury blows. Sachin Tendulkar has been ruled out of the second test with a groin injury which he sustained during the first test. Though Mohammad Kaif has come in as replacement, Yuvraj Singh is expected to be featured in the first eleven. Skipper Anil Kumble and pacer Ishant Sharma are also suffering from injury.

"Kumble sustained a right groin injury while bowling on the last day of the first Test," the Indian board stated in a release. "As a precautionary measure, he was rested from fielding. The physiotherapist is confident that he will be available to play the second Test. A final decision in this regard will be taken on April 2.
The first test ended up with a draw. So, Indian fans will be happy to see some results in the second test. Now, let us see if India can cope up with the situation well without Sachin Tendulkar in the first eleven.
