Election 2008: What Next for Nepal?

Voting has ended almost peacefully in Nepal earlier today. Now, everyone is busy with counting vote and waiting eagerly for the result. I took a look at the website of Nepal Election Commission but I found that they have not started to put vote count result yet. So, I guess that we all will have to wait to get the result of the election. By tomorrow noon, a clear picture should come and the political parties will then sit together to plan their next action based on the election result.

Whatever the outcome of the result is, it is sure that Nepalese people will have to wait some more time to get peace. The supporters of the King are worried that their time may be finishing. On the other hand, the Maoist supporters are eager to capture power. In fact, many people in Nepal and abroad are worried of a possible Maoist government in Katmandu.

What do you think will happen to Nepal? We will have to wait another few days to find the answer.
