Democratic election will take place in Nepal on 10 April 2008. That means that there are just seven days to the election. Political leaders are busy with last minute preparations and they are trying their best to attract the voters. A lot is at stake in this election. The supporters of the King are worried about the future of monarchy. Many people are afraid that the Maoists may come to power.
The most important thing is to ensure the holding of free and fair election by which the opinion of the people will be reflected. The government of the country has announced 5-day long public holiday starting from 7 April 2008. Many observers from other Asian countries are coming in Nepal and observe the election.
