Sri Lanka vs India second test of the three-match test series will begin from 31 July at the Galle International Stadium. Host Sri Lanka is leading in the series after the enthralling innings and 239-run victory over visiting India in the first test. So, Sri Lankan team is now full of confidence, while India needs to recover from the heavy lose in order to bounce back in the series.

I earlier mentioned that the second test will take place at the Galle International Stadium, situated at the South Coast of the country. Sri Lanka has very good record at this ground with six victories against two defeats in 12 test matches held at this ground. Sri Lankan spinner Mittiah Muralitharan played big part behind their success at Galle stadium.

As the stadium is situated at the bank of Indian Ocean, it is expected that there will be enough wind in the air and thus bowlers especially the pacers will get some advantage in the match.
