Football is not the most popular game in South Asia. In fact, football is struggling a lot financially in all the countries in the region. The irony is that EPL is becoming increasingly popular and England FA is getting good revenue from India. It shows that there is a good potential for FIFA but FIFA officials are not trying hard to tap the region. BCCI is a billionaire sports body thanks to massive popularity of cricket. FIFA should think of the same thing. Well, it is not easy because Indian football team is not that strong even in Asian standard.
