Cricket in USA and Canada by India and West Indies
West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) is in dire need of some cash. On the other hand, International Cricket Council (ICC) really wishes that cricket can become some popular in North America. Finally, BCCI promised WICB that if WICB voted for the Asian block about organizing World Cup Cricket 2011 then BCCI would help WICB to raise money. So, the best solution for every one is now that India and West Indies play some games in USA and Canada later this year. Now, ICC has given its nod to this idea and later this year cricket fans will have something to remember in USA and Canada.

The game of cricket now brings most revenue from India and BCCI is so eager to get richer that its bosses have no time to think about the complain of the players that too many matches are being played. As a cricket fan, I am happy that India and West Indies are playing in USA and Canada and like me millions of fans of South Asia are excited too. However, burnout of players is something we should not neglect. I suggest to ICC that they stage mini world cup cricket to USA and Canada soon.
