South Asian Business news and information

My name is Mehdi Hassan. I live in Bangladesh and I just did my graduation from North South University. I did dual major in Linguistics and TESOL (Teaching English to speakers of other language). Along with English, I also took courses on Business Administration. My favorite area of study in Business Administration is International business. I also did courses on International Relations, Environment and Psychology.

In 2000, I met with Mr. Razib Ahmed and he encouraged me about writing. I assisted him in various projects related to writing and media support for different organizations. I worked in Internet Fair 2005 organized by Internet Service Providers Association of Bangladesh (ISPAB). Aside from my studies, I have been regularly contributing in ICT magazines in Bangladesh in English language and Bangla (my mother tongue). I have also written for some business magazines.

I have great interest about Asian countries especially, South Asian countries: India, Pakistan, Maldives, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. I am optimistic that within the next 5-10 years, South Asia is going to be one of the most important regions in World Economy. That is why, I am happy to be part of Know More Media at this time.

I came to know about blogging from Mr. Razib Ahmed. Before writing in Know More Media I used to write in AsianBiz. My main area of writing was Asian business and Asian automobiles. I also wrote in Write-translate, a blog on Bangladeshi literature.

For the last few weeks, I have been reading different blogs of Know More Media Network and I feel honored to be a part of this network.
