
Till now, this had been a war fought in court but now the Daler Mehendi and Yash Chopra issue has come out on the street. Fans of Daler Mehendi burnt posters and effigies of Yash Chopra in a protest.
India FM reports:
Yash Chopra war has taken a new turn. Fans of Daler Mehendi are burning posters and effigies of Yash Chopra as a demonstration of protest against the filmmaker who has infuriated Mehendi. The whole story started when Daler Mehendi filed a case against Yash Raj Films claiming damages. Reportedly the singer had recorded a song for Yash Raj Films’upcoming Jhoom Barabar Jhoom but his voice was later replaced by Shankar Mahadevan on the cassettes and CDs of the film. However, sources at Yash Raj claim that Daler was informed about this move.
Daler has not only filed a case of criminal breach of trust against Yash Chopra but perhaps has also instigated his fans so much so that they are demonstrating their protest against Yash Chopra by burning his posters and effigies.

Both Daler and Yash Raj are very famous personalities. Yes, they might have some problems but that is no reason to bring out protest on the street and burn posters and effigies. I hope Daler and Yash Raj find some solutions about their problem as soon as possible.
